Hey, I’m Krys Hachaj. I’m a personal trainer, but not the kind you’re used to.

The first time you step into my gym we won’t start with exercise. The first step is to understand everything I can about what your days look like, what’s important to you in life. Training, health, and fitness need to fit in with how you live, not force you to change your life.

I’ll work with you to understand your stress level, responsibilities, work environment, sleep, hydration, access to fresh food, diet, and your social life. All these factors will play a major role in how we set and reach reasonable goals together.

And since we only spend two hours a week together, the majority of your results will come from the things you do outside the gym. I’ll train you at the gym, but I’ll coach you on your days off. Diet suggestions, what to eat when you’re traveling, how to cope with a busy schedule where health always seems to come second. We’ll figure this out together.

And I can promise you this: When you leave my gym, you’ll have more energy than you came in with. Working out isn’t about draining you, it’s about filling you up. You’ve got a tough day ahead of you - the last thing you need is to start tired.

I’ve been a trainer for 15 years, and have helped over 500 people. I take my job seriously, and I believe in complete personal attention. That’s why I only work with 15 clients at a time.
